Unable to switch from paid plan to free plan

Hello,
I am currectnly not doing anything on my app that I have have been devolping, and I don’t want to keep going on the paid planb if I am not using it. I have already treid to switch back and it said it had, but I just checked now and it hasn’t. The other problem is that the account that we used for billing, has been removed from google, and we can’t get it back. So therefore we can not try and stop using the paid plan again.

When you login to console and navigate to the Billing screen, what does it show?

Hi Tyler,

I checked in our billing system and it shows the app will transition to the Free plan at the end of the current billing cycle on December 29th.
