Unable to test codeless pages or api's

I keep getting this message every time I try to preview a codeless ui page or to use the api console to call an api. Looking at my stats from yesterday i was able to process 3 api calls.

400 - The API request has been rejected because it requires scaling for processing. Switch to the Cloud9 or Cloud99 plan to enable the Super Scaling option. (9070)

Why do I need super scaling to test a ui page or make an api call?

Can you provide us with your appID?
Also, it is not clear to me what is “a codeless ui page”. Please can you show us your page where you see the error message?
