Unintentional deleted an app

I have deleted the above App - but my intention was to delete the data and source code only to make space for a new App. Is there any chance to get a blank workspace with the billing plan Cloud 9 because this is still valid until 11/19/22. Any help is appreciated.

We can add a prorated credit to another app that is on the Cloud9 plan. Let us know the new application ID.
