Hi Team,
We’ve received an email with subject “SOAP_Licensing: Backendless File storage - limit exceeded”, suggesting to act on it within 48hours.
Maximum value allowed by the current plan: 10240
Current value: 35237
I am not very familiar with how Backendless works, so i need help in resolving this. Following are some questions i have, but most important is to rectify the situation.
- Is allowed value a count of files or some unit of storage like KB, MB etc?
- We haven’t performed any activities in backendless lately, i wonder how current value has suddenly increased to 3.5x the allowed
- Can you help me identify largest chunk of data?
- I see there are some folders with kind of timestamp at the end in folder “root/servercode/js”
- I am not sure which files are safe to remove and which aren’t. Some guidelines on that would be helpful.
- Is there are away to identify number of files contained in the folder recursively?
Looking forward to your response. Thanks!
Best regards,
Kinjal
