If I intentionally enter a bad password a few times, and then enter the correct password, I get the “Unable to login. User account is locked out due to too many failed logins” error. Thing is, I have the “Lock User Account” setting of “unlimited unsuccessful logins” turned on. So it seems like the user shouldn’t get locked out in that situation.
