I am trying to send push notification to a device using the segment option (deviceid=‘5CBEE664-EF40-447B-AF37-784EC041B5A0’ but that device doesn’t receive the notification. The device is in the Deviceregistration tables.

Make sure you use deviceId (I char in upper case)
Also, you can try to search devices using your query in the DataBrowser or REST Console
