Video streaming quantity

Hi

I’m new programming with backend services. I have a doubt regarding the video streaming quantity. It says 2 streamings in the free account and $4 per 10 additional. Is that the number of times a video is watched, so if the video is watched 100 times I have to pay $40; or is it the number of streamings that can happen at the same time, and a video could be watched 100 times during a day as long as no more than 2 streamings happen at the same time?

It is the number of streams going on at the same time.

You can see descriptions of the billing rules in backendless console:
Management → Billing (look at the attached file).
