We occasionally identify a user in our app that suddenly becomes disabled.
What are the possible reasons why a user becomes disabled in the Backendless user database?

Backendless never disables users. Please review your client code and make sure that have sent an update with DISABLED status.

Sorry, but @Viktor_Mudrevsky has found the case when user became disabled. The user may be disabled if you have enabled user lock option
