It is possible that the IP address mapped to api.backendless.com is cached on the phone. The IP address may change from time to time. I suspect that this is what happened. Could you open https://api.backendless.com in a browser on your device and let me know what you see?

Do you have a custom domain configured in your app for Backendless?
i think the problem because of diffirent android api level
only old devices show this error

I have the same problem but I have added custom domain to the app. How can I map this custom domain to the home page of the frontend without showing this message?
