When starting uibuilder

Problem description

When i select the option UIBuilder the system simply raises this error and blocks any possibility of continuing with UIBuilder. This is taking place for the last 12h approx.

Steps to reproduce

Please describe steps to reproduce starting from the first action.

  1. i click uibuilder
  2. the system raises this error

Hello again,

Adding some further information:

  • This error is happening only with 1 of my applications (iLeo).
  • The other team member of this application (iLeo) had access to this app UI Builder till he logged on again… under the new session he also lost access to UI Builder.
  • One more thing… Yesterday i changed the email address associated to my account. Not sure if this can impact…

Hello @Manuel_Germano

This error appears because the ManageErrorsAndIncidents page does not have a page.json file, you can see this in the file system. You can delete this page (!! if you are sure that this page is not important for you !!) and that will solve the problem.

I will also let the team know about this issue with UIBuilder. Let me know if my suggestion does not solve the problem or if you have more questions

Problem solved!!!
I did change this page name from “ManageErrorsAndIncidents” to “ManageErrorsIncidents”…
as i did to other pages, but this never happened before.
