We have a Cloud 9 plan with 10 million API calls. How can I get actual numbers of APIs which I’ve already used? In Analytics I can get a number of API calls of All users, Cloud Code and Rest. Am I right that the total amount of API calls is the sum of these parameters?

The number of API calls can be found under the Manage → Billing section. You need to open the link show usage and charges, there you will see your plan limit and current usage of different features.
You can also use Manage → Analytics tab to get more detailed information about the API calls you have used.
