Where do I find 'Set Dynamic List Items To'

Halfway thru Marks Tutorial…

there is an instruction to use jigsaw ‘Set Dynamic List Items To’…

I cannot find it anywhere and it is not in the ‘Add Block’ dropdown.

Can you let me know where i find it please.
