Where is the Business Logic page needed to create a new service?

I want to create my own APIs so I started looking at the docs to create a service, however, I don’t see the Business Logic icon or page in my account and I went through the docs here and didn’t see anything telling me how to find it:

Is this screenshot from an old version? What do I need to do to access this?

I also purchased this but I still don’t have access to business logic/services

Hi,

The icon has recently been renamed ‘Cloud Code’, the rest of the process is the same
