Won't acknowledge credit card has been added

Can’t choose a plan because it says ‘a credit card must be added first in order to perform plan upgrade.’ Yet I have added cards multiple times.

Here’s the process for adding a credit card to your account and associating it with an app:

  1. Click your account avatar in the upper right corner of Backendless Console and select My Account
  2. Open the Payment Profiles section and add a credit card
  3. Switch to the My Apps section and associate the credit card with your app

To change the billing plan, you can return to the Manage > Billing section and make additional changes there.
