Hi, i cannot renew my subscription because automatic renewal failed and there is no choice to retry renewal process
So i hope it can be reactivated ASAP

Just tried to reactive your subscription but it seems that specified card still had not enough funds for reactivation.
Please top up existing or provide another card for the application.
