Zip directory not working

I’m trying to zip (almost) all directories in my root-folder, and get the confirmation that I will recieve an email when done.

However, I do not recieve any email and the ZIP-file isn’t created in the root folder as it used to be.

This has not been working for some days now.

This time it worked. The zip was created and I recieved an email to download it.
