Zip-files not sent

I’m using the “Zip Directory” feature from the Files-view of Console. I’m seeing the success message:

Backendless is zipping the requested data. You will receive an email message with the link to download the zipped file as soon as the zip process is complete.

However, I do not reveive any email. Nothing to see in the logs …

Hi Klaas,

For most directories, the process is very quick and you will be able get the zip file right from the console. The file will be placed one level up from the directory you zip.

We have looked at your case and can say that everything works as expected. If the archive size is less than 10MB, zipping is very fast and a link to the archive should not be sent in the email. The archive folder will be placed one level up from the directory you zipped. If you’re archiving over 10MB, the zipping process may take some time, we’ll send you a link in the email after the zipping is finished, you can download your file by clicking the link. As in the previous case, the archive will be placed one level up from the directory you uploaded.

Ok. Didn’t know that there is this 10MB limit.
