I tried to zip a directory from my backendless file storage, but I only got a zip folder with a small portion of files. I deleted the zip file and the source repository by mistake before realizing this and now need to recover this directory. I am on a scale variable plan and I am paying for 16x 10gb extra storage. Can someone please help? I either need the directory restored to my backendless file stoage, or I need to be given the full zipped directory extract

I am sorry you ran into this situation. Could you please provide the exact path and name of the directory that got deleted?
We will check if we have a backup of your file storage. If we do, we will be able to restore the directory, which will revert your files to the point in time when the last backup was made prior to the deletion.
Please note that this process requires manual intervention, and the time our DevOps engineer spends on the recovery must be compensated. The rate is $100/hour, and the restoration procedure can take up to 4 hours to complete once started.

Do you remember approximately what time you deleted that folder? We need an approximate timestamp so we can restore it from the most recent backup created before the deletion.

@Andriy_Konoz directory was removed around 9pm EST on 7/29/26. Any restore point before that time should be good
