I have searched the backendless website but I have no information about api limits per minute, I only found this article.

Hello,
With the current setup of Backendless Cloud (as of April 11, 2019) the limit is set to 3000 API calls/minute for all plans. This may change in the future.

do you plan to sell packages, if we need more than 3000 api calls per minute.?
At the present moment if you need more than 3000/minute, you can switch over to Managed Backendless or license Backendless Pro. This might change in the future.
