Does this mean you figured out all the above errors, or are you referring to just the last downtime?
We figured out the outage that was yesterday. It was due to the configuration issue. About that one you experienced today, we found the app that may have caused the difficulty. So that issue has been fixed as well. Hope that was the last one.
