i just realized that my my system data is lost, more precisely my User Data, i’ve lost my 200+ user data, can you help me to restore it back

Please describe how you lost it.
What you did before? Any steps to reproduce?
Did you just removed them manually or is it system failure?
By saying User Data - you mean records in the Users table or what exactly?

i don’t know how i lost my user data, my data suddenly disappeared. im not removing it manually.
i think i’m hacked

yes, i mean the record in the Users table

We are checking our backups. Meanwhile your application is not secure. Any one with application id and apikey can remove all your data. Read following doc about security https://backendless.com/docs/rest/data_security.html

@Triplogic_Developer, unfortunately, we do not have backups for your application. So we can not restore the data

i think my data lost it because the backendless system is down 8 hours ago, befor that my data is ok,

please, can you show the log so i can see how the data is going to lose

We can not show you our logs.
Also it is not possible that the data was lost because of backendless outage.

Open analytics page and you will see that you call remove every day http://develop.backendless.com/triplogic/manage/analytics/api-calls . so your application just remove the data

is it possible to see log if i remove data from develop.backendless.com ?

cause i didn’t see api calls that remove my 200+ data

i just see from android just remove 9 data today, while i lost 200 data today

Are you sure it happened exactly today?
The graph above shows that removal requests occurred in portions throughout January. If you count the number of all removal requests for January, you will get 200+.

Does this mean that at the beginning of January you had 400+ users? Because if yesterday there were 200+, they are “gone somewhere”, and also add ~ 200 removed users via Android during January, we will get 400+ users at the beginning of January.

no, i got 200 user for last 3 days, cause 3 days ago my apps was launch, and users register.

but today it lost after backendless outage
