Please describe how you lost it.
What you did before? Any steps to reproduce?
Did you just removed them manually or is it system failure?
By saying User Data - you mean records in the Users table or what exactly?

(Triplogic Developer) #3

i don’t know how i lost my user data, my data suddenly disappeared. im not removing it manually.
i think i’m hacked

how to see log in backendless

yes, i mean the record in the Users table

We are checking our backups. Meanwhile your application is not secure. Any one with application id and apikey can remove all your data. Read following doc about security

(Sergey Kukurudzyak) #7

I have made this topic public. Because only user that buy license can create private topics and write direct emails

(Sergey Kukurudzyak) #8

@Triplogic_Developer, unfortunately, we do not have backups for your application. So we can not restore the data

(Triplogic Developer) #9

i think my data lost it because the backendless system is down 8 hours ago, befor that my data is ok,

please, can you show the log so i can see how the data is going to lose

(Sergey Kukurudzyak) #10

We can not show you our logs.
Also it is not possible that the data was lost because of backendless outage.

(Sergey Kukurudzyak) #11

Open analytics page and you will see that you call remove every day . so your application just remove the data

(Triplogic Developer) #12

is it possible to see log if i remove data from ?

cause i didn’t see api calls that remove my 200+ data

(Stanislaw Grin) #13

Here you can see remove calls (from Android)

(Triplogic Developer) #14

i just see from android just remove 9 data today, while i lost 200 data today

(Stanislaw Grin) #15

Are you sure it happened exactly today?
The graph above shows that removal requests occurred in portions throughout January. If you count the number of all removal requests for January, you will get 200+.

(Triplogic Developer) #16

yes im sure it exactly today, yesterday my user data is currently 200

(Sergey Kukurudzyak) #17

If you remove data using backendless console will not see this action on the analytics page

(Triplogic Developer) #18

any other log? so i can see log of manipulated data from backendless console

(Sergey Kukurudzyak) #19

No, we can not provide you any other log

(Stanislaw Grin) #20

Does this mean that at the beginning of January you had 400+ users? Because if yesterday there were 200+, they are “gone somewhere”, and also add ~ 200 removed users via Android during January, we will get 400+ users at the beginning of January.

(Triplogic Developer) #21

so it means i cant see when and who delete my data?

do you really can’t restore my Users table?

(Triplogic Developer) #22

no, i got 200 user for last 3 days, cause 3 days ago my apps was launch, and users register.

but today it lost after backendless outage
