For how long are backups stored?

This thread mentions that backups are done hourly for the previous 72 hours and daily beyond that, but for how long are the backups stored? Are backups kept for a month, a year or some other amount of time?

Also…where are backups stored? Are they kept in the same datacenter that my Backendless app is hosted in or are they kept offsite?

At the time of this response, we keep backups for 30 days.This policy may change without notice. For Cloud accounts, we do not offer off-site storage.
