Logic UI Builder progress gone while working

Hello,

I was working on the logic in UI Builder but when I switch to User Interface and returned to logic, I unfortunately lost my recent updates due to an error.

Actually, my colleague has already submitted a ticket regarding a rollback. However, I wanted to report this specific instance as this is the first time I encountered an error while working before it roll back.

At this moment I do not see any issues with the page, could you please provide more details on how to reproduce it

My colleague just switched from the UI to logic in the UI Builder. That’s all he did and the error in his screenshot above showed up. All information is provided in his post above.

hm, simple switching works for me, what I did

  • open the Sales container
  • open the test2_web_dashboard page
  • open the Logic tab

Does your colleague follow the same steps?

Yes it working now.
May I know why this happened? and are we sure that this will not happen in the future?

I can not tell what it was, because I didn’t reproduce it.
It could be an issue with some API requests to the server.
if it happens again please let us know.
