It appears to be a bug in the newer Chromium Release of 144.0.7559.59 within the Brave, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge Browsers.
I have reverted to a previous (Release) Brave Browser build (v1.85.116) that used the previous version of Chromium (v143.0.7499.110) and all’s working again.
I’m also seeing this same problem with Microsoft Edge v144.0.3719.82 for anybody that’s interested.
Ironically, the current version of Firefox (v147.0.1) works just fine. (Non-Chromium browser)
Thank you so much for the detailed report and for testing this across multiple browsers and devices, it really helps us understand the issue better.
I’ve been able to reproduce the drag-and-drop issue you’re experiencing in our UI Builder with the latest Chromium-based browsers (version 144.x). It seems to be a compatibility issue with the library we are currently using, but we need to investigate further to be sure. I’ve created a ticket for our development team to research this and find the best solution.
As a temporary workaround, we recommend using Firefox browser, where the issue does not occur. Alternatively, if you prefer Chrome, Edge, or Brave, you can temporarily roll back to a previous version, where drag-and-drop works correctly.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
