The same issue is there in all published containers in the app.

We also have a feedback link sent to customers and if that doesn’t load in one click we don’t get a feedback and the purpose of the solution is not served.

Hi
the website mostly doesn’t open in the home or office wifi or lan connections of users across the country.

and mobile data at times it doesn’t open but loads most of the times.

to view this in real action, if you could connect to my computer through a remote connectivity software it would be very clear and you can see what is happening with the site and help me to continue the development as projects are lined up and I am stuck with this issue. I request you to kindly connect and check. Also the existing productions and customers are following it up everyday.

Hello, @dbasilapp

very similar to a problem with the DNS cache, so you don’t have domain resolver working correctly. This may be caused by a local cache or a problem with the provider’s DNS servers or one of them. There are several steps to check if this is the problem

  1. Clear the local DNS cache on the computer. At the same time, close the browser. Cleanup DNS cache and restart the computer.
Detail instruction: flushdns – How to Flush DNS with the Windows ipconfig /flushdns Command

  2. Set public DNS servers in the Internet connection, which allow you to see that the domain is working correctly.

Example: Set up 1.1.1.1 on Windows · Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 docs

You can also enter

ping eruditesilver.backendless.app

in the command line and make sure that there is a connection and there is a correct domain resolv.

Hi
Tks for the info. But the results are not only for my computer
it happens across most of the clients

And from the analysis done , 1 same Wi-Fi network the site works with multiple refresh on windows pc
android phone it works always, iPhone safari doesn’t work in Wi-Fi, works on mobile data.

iPhone google chrome it works on Wi-Fi.

This all happens to the all the devices connected in the same wifi.

Same scenario when tested in external other site Wi-Fi also and lan cabled connection.
