Until last month our charges where 35 $ your new payment plan has charged us 174 $
Its a super hike. What is happening.? our charges is 5 times higher. kindly reply urgently. If this is going to be the charges we are going to face every month. Its not acceptable. Kindly confirm if we can go back to the old rates .
